PMotive sells digital trading software and trading signals, and delivers custom technology development services to customers in South Africa and internationally. This page explains what to expect before and after checkout so you can buy with clarity.
What happens after you buy an EA?
- Order confirmation: once your payment is successfully processed, Shopify confirms your order using the contact details supplied at checkout.
- Digital delivery: your EA package and the applicable delivery or access instructions are provided digitally. No physical product is shipped.
- Installation: follow the supplied setup guidance for the correct MetaTrader desktop platform and product package.
- Validation: confirm your broker symbol, account type, lot sizing and settings, then demo-test before considering live funds.
What you need before buying an Expert Advisor
- A compatible MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 desktop terminal, depending on the product.
- A broker or trading environment that supports the required symbol and Expert Advisors.
- A Windows computer or compatible Windows VPS if you want continuous automated operation.
- An understanding that the mobile MetaTrader app can monitor the account, but it does not host or execute the EA itself.
International customers
PMotive accepts international customers where the selected payment method and product are available. The store's checkout currency is currently South African rand (ZAR) because the connected payment gateway does not currently support multiple checkout currencies. If your card or bank account uses another currency, your payment provider may convert the final amount and may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Refunds and digital products
Refund eligibility is governed by PMotive's published Refund Policy. Review that policy before completing checkout, particularly for digital software and downloadable products.
Trading-risk disclosure
Expert Advisors automate trading rules; they do not remove market risk. Broker execution, spreads, slippage, account settings, leverage and market conditions can materially affect results. Backtests, demonstrations, reviews and historical examples do not guarantee future performance. Demo-test the exact environment you intend to use and trade only with capital you can afford to lose.

- Confirm whether the product is MT4 or MT5.
- Confirm the market or symbol you intend to trade.
- Read the product description and current customer reviews.
