Agree these details before payment
- Build specification: exact entry, exit, indicators, risk inputs and behaviour after rejected orders or terminal restarts.
- Acceptance examples: at least one valid setup, one rejected setup and the expected trade-management behaviour.
- Delivery: platform, compiled files, settings, documentation and source-code terms where applicable.
- Commercial terms: price, payment stages if agreed, delivery schedule, revision limits and support period.
- Testing: how coded behaviour will be checked against your written rules. Trading profitability is not a software acceptance criterion.
For indicators or third-party code, confirm licence permissions and access requirements before the quote is finalised. Never send passwords or API keys in a project brief.
Payment: 50% deposit after the written scope and quote are accepted. The remaining 50% is due at the agreed acceptance milestone before final handover. Platform, deliverables, revision limits, source-code terms and support are confirmed in writing. Additional scope is quoted separately.
