4. Current workflow: how the process works today.

6. Automation boundary: what should happen automatically and what must remain a human decision.
7. Users: who will use, approve or manage the system.
8. Timing: preferred launch window and any fixed deadline.
9. Commercial readiness: the investment range you have approved or are prepared to evaluate, if known.
10. Decision process: whether you are the decision-maker and who else needs to approve the project.

3. If the project is a fit, PMotive proposes an approach, scope, commercial terms and implementation stages.
4. Where appropriate, the work can begin with a focused pilot before a wider rollout.
5. Testing, handover, documentation and support expectations are agreed as part of the project scope.

What PMotive is not trying to sell you

We do not need every project to become a large custom build. If an existing tool or a smaller workflow change solves the problem more sensibly, the scope should reflect that. We also do not promise guaranteed trading returns, guaranteed sales or business outcomes that cannot be controlled by software alone.
