Read this before purchasing any PMotive Expert Advisor, trading-signal plan, course or custom-development service. The goal is to help you choose a compatible product, understand what is included and make an informed decision.
Five checks before checkout
- Platform: Confirm whether the product requires MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 desktop. EA files do not run directly inside the standard MT4 or MT5 mobile app.
- Market and symbol: Confirm that your broker offers the intended market and that its symbol, contract size and trading hours are compatible.
- Device or VPS: An EA normally requires a Windows computer or compatible Windows VPS with MetaTrader running.
- Risk settings: Review lot size, exposure, stop-loss and all supplied inputs before enabling automation.
- Demo test: Test installation, symbol mapping and settings on a demo account before considering live capital.
Trading risk and performance claims
Forex, CFDs, Gold, indices, Crypto and synthetic indices involve significant financial risk. Prices can move quickly and losses can exceed expectations. No PMotive Expert Advisor, signal, setting file, screenshot, backtest, video or customer result guarantees future profit.
Historical results and demonstrations are examples of past behaviour under particular settings and market conditions. Your results can differ because of broker execution, spread, commission, slippage, latency, leverage, contract specifications, account size, settings and market conditions. Choose by product type
Expert Advisors
Software follows programmed rules while the correct MetaTrader desktop terminal is running. Automation does not remove risk or make every trade profitable.
Trading Signals
Signals require manual review and execution. Price may move before you enter, and you remain responsible for position size and account risk.
Custom EA Development
Development converts defined rules into software. Testing can evaluate behaviour but cannot prove future profitability or remove strategy risk.

Broker, funded-account and third-party compatibility
PMotive does not claim universal compatibility with every broker, proprietary-trading provider, VPS or account type. Broker specifications and funded-account rules can change. Before purchase or live use, independently confirm current rules on Expert Advisors, scalping, hedging, copy trading, news trading, holding periods, maximum drawdown and prohibited strategies.
Digital delivery and installation
PMotive trading products are digital; no physical shipping is required. Product pages identify the files, setup materials and support included. Delivery and setup time can vary by payment confirmation, device, VPS, platform familiarity and compatibility checks. Keep your order details and use only official PMotive support channels.
Pricing, currency and possible bank fees
PMotive checkout is processed in South African rand (ZAR). If your card or bank account uses another currency, your provider may apply its own exchange rate, international transaction fee or security verification. The amount shown by your bank can therefore differ from a simple online currency conversion.
Refunds and product limitations
Refund eligibility is governed by the complete PMotive Refund Policy. A change in market conditions, trading loss, broker restriction or result that differs from a screenshot does not by itself prove a technical fault. If access is not delivered, a verified technical issue prevents use or the product was materially misrepresented, contact support promptly with your order details and evidence of the issue.
Reviews, screenshots and demonstrations
Reviews and customer examples should be assessed in context. Individual outcomes vary. A trading screenshot or positive review is not a promise that another account will produce the same result. When PMotive marks a review as a verified purchase, that indicator should only be used where the order can be confirmed.
