3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from pmotive.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Products and Services PMotive sells digital products including Expert Advisors (EAs), trading indicators, signals, and training materials. All products are delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped.
5. Pricing All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of checkout is the price you pay.
6. Payment Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and other supported payment providers. PMotive does not store your card details. All transactions are encrypted via SSL/TLS.
7. Digital Delivery Upon successful payment, products are delivered instantly to your registered email address and/or via your account dashboard at pmotive.com. See our Shipping Policy for full delivery details.
8. Refunds Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee subject to the conditions outlined in that policy.
9. Intellectual Property All content on pmotive.com — including EAs, indicators, training materials, branding, and code — is the intellectual property of PMotive Holdings Pty Ltd. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased products for your own trading purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or share our products without written permission.
10. Trading Risk Disclaimer All financial trading involves significant risk. PMotive's products are tools to assist trading decisions — they do not guarantee profits. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You trade at your own risk. PMotive Holdings Pty Ltd accepts no liability for trading losses incurred through the use of our products.
11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, PMotive Holdings Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, with jurisdiction in KwaZulu-Natal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of KwaZulu-Natal.
