Clarity
A clear proposition, structure and customer path from the first screen.
CUSTOM SOFTWARE & SYSTEMS
Focused web apps, dashboards, APIs and internal tools designed around real workflows rather than generic software assumptions.
Premium visuals matter, but every section also needs a job: explain value, build confidence or make the next action easier.
A clear proposition, structure and customer path from the first screen.
Professional presentation, proof and information arranged to reduce uncertainty.
Purposeful journeys that make the next step easy to understand and take.

We focus the build around the decisions, users, data and handoffs that matter to the business.
A clear, visible process keeps design, technology and commercial goals aligned.
Understand the business, users, constraints and desired outcome.
Define the journey, architecture, requirements and success criteria.
Design and implement the agreed experience or system.
Test usability, behaviour, performance and critical paths.
Release, measure real behaviour and prioritise improvements.
The visual layer is only one part of the work. PMotive connects presentation with responsive UX, technical implementation, tracking and practical handover.

PMotive Custom Software Development
When off-the-shelf software cannot express your workflow, business rules, integrations or customer experience, PMotive can scope and build a bespoke system around the requirement. Projects begin with the business problem, users and acceptance criteria—not a predetermined technology stack.
Request a Custom Software Scope →
Custom development is most useful when a valuable workflow cannot be handled well by configurable software, several systems need to work together, manual work is creating operational friction, or the business needs a product or internal capability that does not exist off the shelf.
PMotive does not assume every problem needs a custom build. Where an existing platform, integration or smaller automation can solve the requirement more sensibly, the scope should reflect that.
Most business software depends on other systems. During scoping, identify the systems that need to connect, the source of truth for important data, available APIs or webhooks, authentication requirements, data mapping, rate limits, failure behaviour and any third-party costs or restrictions.
For integration-specific projects, see PMotive Custom API Integration Services.
A useful software agreement distinguishes the approved scope from later enhancements. PMotive projects should define the initial requirements and acceptance criteria in writing. If requirements materially change during development, the effect on effort, timing, testing and commercial terms should be reviewed before additional work is approved.
Testing should be matched to the system and agreed scope. Depending on the project, this can include workflow checks, permissions, integrations, validation, error handling and acceptance testing. Security, privacy, hosting, backup, retention, access-control and regulatory requirements should be identified during discovery when they apply.
Do not send production passwords, private API keys or other secrets in the initial project enquiry.
Ownership and handover terms should be explicit before development begins. The project scope should state what the client will receive, whether source code is included, what rights apply to custom work, and whether third-party libraries, platforms, licences or reusable components create separate terms. PMotive does not imply that every project automatically includes unrestricted rights to every underlying third-party component.

For MT4 and MT5 projects, PMotive converts defined trading logic into a development scope covering entries, exits, risk controls, broker assumptions, configurable inputs, testing criteria and handover expectations.
If your project is specifically an Expert Advisor, use the dedicated Custom MT4 & MT5 EA Development route instead of the general software enquiry.
For strategy owners who need to turn an idea or discretionary process into a developer-ready specification before commissioning MQL4/MQL5 work, the Blueprint is designed to reduce ambiguity around strategy logic, risk, execution, broker requirements, testing and source-code expectations.
In preparation: the Blueprint remains hidden from customer purchase until its full downloadable delivery package is attached and checked.
Use an existing product when it can meet the important requirements without excessive workarounds. Custom development becomes more appropriate when the workflow, integration, control or user experience is sufficiently specific to justify building and maintaining a tailored system.
Cost depends on scope, complexity, integrations, data requirements, user roles, testing, deployment and support. PMotive reviews the requirement before confirming commercial terms rather than presenting one price as suitable for every software project.
Timing depends on the agreed scope, technical dependencies, availability of third-party systems, feedback cycles and testing requirements. The delivery schedule should be confirmed after discovery and scoping.
Source-code and intellectual-property terms are confirmed in the written project scope. They can differ depending on the project, third-party components and commercial agreement, so ownership should never be assumed from a general service page.
Potentially, where the required systems provide suitable access or APIs. Integration feasibility depends on authentication, documentation, permissions, rate limits, data structure and the capabilities of the third-party platform.
Material changes should be reviewed as changes to scope. Their effect on implementation, testing, timing and commercial terms should be agreed before additional work proceeds.
Deployment, documentation, training, maintenance and post-launch support depend on the agreed project scope. These responsibilities should be defined before handover so there is no ambiguity about what is included.
No. PMotive can build and test software against agreed requirements, but software alone cannot guarantee revenue, cost savings, customer growth or other business outcomes.
You do not need a finished technical specification for the first conversation. Tell PMotive what is currently manual, fragmented, slow or missing, who is affected and what a useful first release needs to accomplish.
Tell PMotive what you need, what is not working, and what the finished system needs to achieve.
PROOF & DELIVERY CREDIBILITY
Architecture, integrations, permissions, testing and deployment are designed together so the finished system is maintainable and scalable.
